Estonia Warehouse: Our primary warehouse is located in Tallinn, Estonia, allowing for customs-free and faster shipments within the European Union.

Hong Kong Warehouse: Available for specific shipping requests. Contact us if you need shipping from this location.

EU-based companies can enjoy 0% VAT by providing a valid VAT number. To qualify, payments must be made from a business bank account, and deliveries are dispatched only to registered business addresses.

We work with reliable partners like DHL and UPS for secure and timely deliveries:

• Express Delivery: 1-2 days within Europe.
• Economy Delivery: 2-6 days, depending on the destination.
• USA/Canada: Express shipping in 3-6 days.

Shipping fees depend on the delivery method and destination. Final costs are calculated at checkout.

Unopened computer hardware can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Contact us at info@cryptotech.ee with your order details for return instructions.

We do not accept returns for ASIC miners due to their volatile market value.

We recommend shipping with tracking and insurance. Include the purchase invoice and return reason. Consider using a shipping broker for cost-effective options.

Returns must include the original receipt, be in original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation. Items returned in non-resalable condition may incur a restocking fee or be rejected.

No Refunds: ASIC miners are non-refundable.

DOA (Dead on Arrival): We cover return shipping for DOA devices if reported immediately.

3-Day Rule: Faults must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

User Damage: Devices damaged by misuse will not be covered, and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

For defective or incorrect items, notify us immediately for exchanges or appropriate resolutions. Refunds for approved returns will be processed to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or a shipping error occurred. Keep a copy of your return shipment’s tracking number for your records.
